FAQ

How do I select a destination to route to from the landing screen?

Users can select a destination in one of three ways:

  1. Type a desired destination into the search bar.
  2. Tap a destination on the building map.
  3. Select Directory from the main navigation at the bottom of the screen, scroll to find your desired destination, and then select it to begin routing.

What if the app isn’t showing my position on the map?

You need to scan your surroundings using your phone’s camera to locate your current position in the building. Follow these steps:

  1. Raise your phone vertically with the camera facing outward.
  2. Slowly pan your phone from left to right until you hear a tone indicating that the app has found your location.
  3. Once the app has identified your position in the building, the blue dot will appear on the map.
