How does the app know where you are?
STEP 1: Hold your phone up vertically, with the screen facing your chest and the back camera facing away from you.
STEP 2: Scan your surroundings by panning the camera slowly left and right. This is how the app finds where you are located within the building.
What should I do if scanning fails?
Relocate!
- Note: If scanning fails, you will receive an alert that states, "Unable to identify your position. Relocate to a new position and try again."
Once you move positions, the app should recalibrate and locate your position.
